Cocoa Cafe's mission is to transform a neglected building at the corner of 38th Street and Alton Park Boulevard into a thriving hub for culinary innovation and community gathering. It will serve as a welcoming space for locals and a launchpad for emerging culinary talents from Chattanooga and beyond.
